 Randy.ai is your virtual study buddy for the water and wastewater operator exams. He’s a raccoon with a knack for DEP/EPA regs, operator math, process troubleshooting, and study hacks — and he explains everything in plain English (or Spanish!). 

 Yes, but not like ChatGPT. Randy is a closed AI, meaning he’s trained only on wastewater industry standards and operator prep material. No internet rabbit holes, just straight-up operator know-how. 

 Randy was created by RenAIssance Labs, LLC in partnership with real licensed operators and system integrators from Renegade Solutions, LLC. We live and breathe this stuff.

 That’s where his cousin Reagan the Renegator comes in. Randy’s your exam coach. Reagan is the field-savvy tech who helps troubleshoot control systems, pumps, and process problems. Both live in your phone. 

 No account needed on the website. The app will have login features to save your progress and unlock badges later this year.

 Yes, Randy.AI will always be free to use.  There will be premium services coming with the App!

 Nope. Randy doesn’t track your browsing, location, or sell your info. If you type something, he’ll use it to answer your question — and then it’s gone. 

 Yes. It’s hosted securely and does not access outside APIs or external systems. It only responds using pre-approved wastewater study content.
